Great experience buying my new vehicle from Next Gen Auto, drove from Ottawa to pick up my new Tundra. Tim and his team are honest, professional, kind and adds small unexpected act of kindness even after the sale is complete. The process and experience was smooth and great. Even after my purchase I reached out to Tim about a small issue with my headlights LED and he invited me to fix / replace it and also provided me some options to get it done. As it turned out, this was a recall by the maker and we got it replaced. The fact that Tim took ownership of an issue that he did not even know about speaks volume about his service.
