I had a very positive experience with the customer service and the 2017 Toyota Highlander i purchased from Next Gen. I had been looking sometime for this vehicle and Tim had the exact model, trim and colour I was looking for at an extremely competitive price. The vehicle was exactly as described when I arrived to test drive it. He had all the relative information about the vehicle and was able to answer all my questions. He also gave me fantastic value on my trade-in and even arranged for delivery. Awesome experience! Tim and his team made the car-buying process actually enjoyable. I started my search for a Silverado pickup just through GM dealerships and found the vehicles and service mediocre for the most part and prices generally inflated.
